Community Night for Colorado Talking Book Library featuring the Blind Institute of Technology
Balefire Goods, in partnership with the Blind Institute of Technology, welcomes the Colorado Talking Book Library for an evening of conversation, drinks, art, jewelry, and learning.
As you check out the tactile art show and the artisan jewelry, enjoy a drink and learn more about the important work of the Colorado Talking Book Library and the Blind Institute of Technology. That evening, 20% of sales will go to the Colorado Talking Book Library and you can make additional donations in store. The Blind Institute of Technology is generously matching those donations.

The Colorado Talking Book Library is a specialized library for Colorado residents who cannot read standard print, be it due to a visual, physical or learning disability. They provide audio, Braille and large print books to ensure everyone can stay connected, informed, and entertained.
The Blind Institue of Technology works to bridge the unemployment and underemployment gap that faces many visually impaired individuals. They understand employment as a cycle with three primary stages: education, preparation, and opportunity. They offer services and assistance at each stage to both candidates with disabilities and their potential employers.
