shipping & returns

Do you offer in-store pickup for online orders?

Yes! Pickup orders are usually ready the same day or the next day, during our regular hours.

How long will shipping take?

Free shipping usually goes by USPS First Class and can take up to 7 days to arrive, including processing time. Faster options are available at checkout. If you're in a hurry, contact us and we'll help you find the best option.

Orders with several items ship together. If something isn't available when you order, we'll reach out with options.

Is my order insured in transit?

We insure every shipment. Some higher-priced pieces need a signature on delivery, so someone will need to be there to receive them.

What is your return or exchange policy?

You can exchange new, unworn items within 45 days of delivery for store credit. We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. To start an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item, and we'll send instructions.

our products

Where and how are your products made?

Our jewelry is made on site in our studio or in the studios of the artists we carry. Everything is one of a kind or part of a very small, limited run.

The art and gifts we carry also come from studio artists and small independent brands who make their work by hand or personally oversee its production.

Do you source responsibly?

Yes. Responsible sourcing matters a lot to us. We work with gemstone and metal suppliers who are transparent about where and how materials are mined and made. Read more on our responsible sourcing page.

Is there a warranty on your jewelry?

We strongly recommend insuring high-value jewelry, and we can provide receipts and appraisals for your insurer.

  • We offer a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. It doesn't cover neglect, abuse, loss, theft or normal wear and tear.
  • We'll replace a small stone (melee under 0.05ct) within the first year, but not a stone lost because of bent or damaged prongs.
Do you make custom jewelry or do repairs?

Yes to both! Our team of metalsmiths has decades of experience creating new pieces and keeping your collection in great shape. Learn more on our custom design page.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Take jewelry off before bathing, swimming, gardening, working out or doing dishes. Rings with prongs should be checked by a jeweler now and then to make sure everything is secure. Stop by or ask us anytime and we'll take a look.

How do I find my ring size?

Order one of our ring sizers and we'll mail it to you, or stop by the gallery and we'll size you in person.
