Jesse Mathes Jewelry
Jesse Mathes is a talented metalsmith who is constantly exploring volume and geometry in her work. She was classically trained and received a BA in Metalsmithing and Applied Design from San Diego State University in 1998, and an MFA in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from Indiana University in 2004 where she focused on large scale sculptural adornment.
Jesse has shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions around the United States, and has pieces in both private and public collections, including the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Swope Art Museum, and the Miami University Art Museum. She currently resides in Colorado where she works as a professional artist.
